What Are the Dimensions of the Wrap?
Our wraps are the largest on the market at an affordable price. The cloth wrap measures 10x18 inches, not including the stretchy straps, which can stretch up to 66 inches in diameter. This makes it suitable for a wide range of body sizes. For smaller frames, wrap the straps around until it fits snugly. For larger bodies, tie the straps at your comfort level.

Staining: Castor oil can stain clothing, sheets, and anything it comes in contact with. Washing the wrap may stain other items in your washing machine.
Menstruation: Castor Oil Packs can be worn during your period. If it's your first time using a Castor Oil Pack, wait until the end of your period to begin to avoid intense cramps.
Pregnancy: Castor Oil Packs should not be used during pregnancy.
Postpartum and Breastfeeding: It is recommended to wait until you have finished breastfeeding before using Castor Oil Packs.
