Directions for Use
Adults and children 12 years and older: Apply to the affected area and change the patch 1–2 times daily. Children under 12 years should consult a doctor before use.
To apply, clean and dry the affected area, open the pouch, remove the patch and protective film, then apply directly to the area of pain. Do not apply to the affected area more than 3 times daily, and wash hands with soap after application.

For external use only. Use only as directed. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged or irritated skin. Do not bandage or cover with a wrap other than clothing, and do not use with a heating pad or other external heat. Do not use within 30 minutes after bathing or during the hour before bathing.
Stop use and ask a doctor if the condition worsens, severe skin irritation occurs, pain lasts more than 7 days, or symptoms go away and return within a few days. If pregnant, breast-feeding, or if you have sensitive skin, ask a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children; if swallowed, seek medical help or contact Poison Control immediately.
