Clinical Research Highlights
Research on Andrographis paniculata includes a 30-day study in healthy adults using a standardized extract. Researchers observed changes in several immune-cell populations and cytokine markers, supporting continued investigation of Andrographis for normal immune function. The study used a standardized Andrographis extract and should not be interpreted as research on Kokora Total Defense itself.
Laboratory research involving Scutellaria baicalensis flavonoids has also demonstrated modulation of cytokine activity in human leukocytes. Again, these findings relate to specific extracts studied under controlled conditions and do not establish that the finished Total Defense formula produces the same effects.
